Skip Moore, the inventor of “The Sleeve,” started with Chelan County 10 years ago as the Elections Director before he was demoted to Chief Deputy Auditor. He was appointed as County Auditor in 2009, and since no one could compete with his genius, he was victorious in his unopposed election. He has worked on the WSACA Legislative Committee for 4 years causing him to makes strange noises from his office as he watches the legislative proceedings on TVW. Before his glamorous career in county government, Skip spent a couple decades in the Navy, flying around in planes and presumably violating many codes of conduct. Skip likes long walks on the beaches of local creeks with rod in hand.
